Fees and Payments:
Tuition is due on a weekly basis, on the first day of each week.
We accept cash, cash app, or online payments through Venmo or PayPal.
Tuition rates are subject to change with 2 weeks' notice.
A late fee of $10 will be charged for payments received after the due date.
A fee of $25 will be charged for declined payments.
Health and Safety:
Children must be up to date on all required vaccinations.
If your child is sick, please keep them at home until they are well.
We reserve the right to refuse care for a sick child to prevent the spread of illness to other children.
In case of an emergency, we will call 911 and notify parents or guardians immediately.
All children must be picked up promptly if they become ill or exhibit symptoms of illness.
We follow all applicable health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment for the children.
Daily Schedule:
We follow a consistent daily schedule that includes age-appropriate activities, meals, and naps.
Daily activities may include free play, story time, music and movement, art projects, and outdoor play.
We provide healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, and we can accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice.
We encourage regular nap times to ensure adequate rest and sleep for the children.
Discipline:
We use positive reinforcement and gentle redirection to encourage good behavior.
We do not use physical punishment, harsh language, or shaming.
If a child exhibits behavior that is unsafe or disruptive, we will work with the parents or guardians to develop a plan to address the behavior. If all measures have been taken and no changes have been made, we have the right to end contract and services.
Communication:
We maintain open and ongoing communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
We use a daily communication log to share information about meals, naps, activities, and any other important updates.
We are available to discuss any questions or concerns that parents or guardians may have.
Termination of Services:
We reserve the right to terminate services if a child exhibits behavior that is unsafe or disruptive, if the parents or guardians do not comply with our policies and procedures, or if we are unable to meet the needs of the child.
Parents or guardians may terminate services with 2 weeks' notice.
By establishing clear policies and procedures, we can provide a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for the children in our care, and ensure a positive and productive relationship with their parents or guardians.
